Park Slope Neighborhood Tattoo Guide

If you’re coming to Brooklyn for a tattoo—whether it’s a consultation, a walk-in, or a booked appointment at Electric Lotus Tattoo—Park Slope is a great place to land for the day.

Electric Lotus first opened its doors in December of 2000 and is now celebrating 25 years of tattooing. After two previous locations, the shop has landed on 5th Avenue in North Park Slope. The studio is led by Jae Connor, who has been tattooing professionally since 1993. The work here is thoughtful, collaborative, and built to last—focused on tattoos that age well and feel personal.

Now that we’re located in Park Slope, here are a few local recommendations to check out before or after your appointment.

Coffee

If you’re looking for a coffee before your session, Enso Café is right around the corner. It’s a cozy neighborhood café offering affordable drinks and pastries—perfect if you need something quick and comforting before sitting.
